AMD’s new Ryzen 9 9950X3D and 9900X3D gaming CPUs are designed with a single 3D V-Cache to keep costs down for gamers. While a dual configuration was considered, it was deemed too expensive to produce. Despite this decision, AMD still expects these CPUs to outperform Intel’s offerings.
