Former staff members of Annapurna Interactive will now take over the portfolio of the previously Take-Two Interactive Software-owned label, Private Division, under the ownership of Haveli Investments. This new company, to be led by ex-Annapurna Interactive staff, will distribute former Private Division titles such as Tales of the Shire and Kerbal Space Program. It is unclear what the future holds for the remaining Private Division staff who were not brought on board with the new company.
